1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 110+ countries/regions globally, including the U.S., EU, UK, Canada, and Australia. Remote areas (e.g., Alaska, rural EU towns) may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Sheridan facility (1797 Edwards Dr, Sheridan, WY, 82801) or partner warehouses.
  • Timeline: 2-3 business days (U.S.); 4-7 business days (EU/UK); 5-9 business days (Canada/Australia).
  • Protective Packaging: Sofa decor (throws/pillows) in soft tissue + padded bags; rugs/cushions in reinforced plastic (prevents tearing); bed sheets in wrinkle-resistant bags—all in rigid boxes for large orders.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $60 / £45 (applies to all home decor items).
  • Orders under the threshold:
    9.49 (EU/UK); $11.49 (Canada/Australia) (includes specialized packaging).
  • Express Shipping: $16.99 / £13 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (U.S./EU/UK only—select at Shopify checkout).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries or damaged items (e.g., torn rugs, wrinkled sheets from poor packaging), email booms-copyist-0n@icloud.com with photos.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient per local regulations.
  • Address Accuracy: Provide full details. Wrong addresses cause delays—$7.50 / £6 re-shipping fee applies.
