By purchasing our sofa decor, rugs & cushions, or bed sheets via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.

1. Account & Shopify Platform

  • Registration: Provide accurate details when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new shipping address for a large rug).
  • Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment processing, account security, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended sofa cushion purchases).

2. Orders & Payment

  • Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., cotton bed sheets, plush sofa throws) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
  • Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excluding taxes/duties). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
  • Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 7% fee (covers reinforced packaging for rugs or wrinkle-resistant wrapping for sheets).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Specifications: Product details (rug dimensions, sheet thread count, cushion fabric) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., sofa decor dye shades) are normal due to fabric batches.
  • Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Sheridan hub (1797 Edwards Dr, Sheridan, WY, 82801) is not for delivery. A $8 / £6.50 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unwashed, original packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., torn rug edges, faulty cushion zippers, stained sheets).
  • Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items (e.g., incorrect sheet size). For personal reasons, you pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (processed via Shopify Refunds).
  • Ineligible Items: Used rugs (stained/worn), washed sheets, or sofa decor with missing tags—refused.

5. Liability & Updates

  • Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects but not for damage from improper care (e.g., rug fraying from vacuuming rough edges). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
  • Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance.
